Brandilyn has over 10 years experience with designing she received her education at The Art Institute od Los Angeles. Brandilyn will be the designer of your website site unless otherwise mentioned in out initial consultation. If for some reason your site is contracted out to another designer you will be told before the project is started.

Metro-Designs is contracted design service not a developer meaning I do not do shopping carts or databases. However Metro-Designs has partnerships with developers so I can still design your site but a programmer would have to create the back end of it for your database or shopping carts. They would provide you with a separate quote for their services.

Metro-Designs began in Los Angeles CA and is currently located in Austin, TX and servicing all of Central Texas for website and graphic design needs. Metro-Designs has worked with clients all over the US, with all graphic and website designs being viewable via the internet it is not necessary for us to meet in person. Metro-Designs has worked both with clients that prefer to meet me face to face and those that would rather communicate using email, phone and im. If you are more comfortable with face to face a professional Designer will travel to the following places located in Texas:

- San Antonio and surrounding areas
- Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas -
Metro-Designs walks you through all graphic and website designs each step of the way. Whether you know a ton about computers or very little I am patient and I will make sure that you know exactly what is going on with your site as I create it updating you daily on the progression via email or phone your preference.

A Fast turn around for your website service is just as important for us as it is for you, a lot of it depends on you and how quickly I receive responses to questions as we go through the design process. I have had sites take 48hrs to 3 months it varies depending on the website and design (the 3 month site was 800 pages, really it was that huge!)

Metro-Designs will not create full flash websites, I can and will use flash animation elements if requested but not full sites. This is because I am greatly against it; Your will not reach the masses with a flash site there are people still on dial up. Flash takes a long time to load on slow internet speeds and full flash sites are not recommend.

If you see something on the web that is saying $99 for a website they are probably using web templates, out of the country, or a student. Don’t trust it they probably won’t give you what you need then you have to find someone else to fix there work. We’ve heard awful stories from past clients they end up spending more money then they have to in the end when they though they were going to save money. Always remember you get what you pay for!

Metro-Designs requires 30% deposit for website design services and the remaining cost upon completion of your site.

If you do not yet have a logo Metro-Designs can create it for you and that is an additional cost, however I provide discounted rates for clients that request multiple projects, I also discount repeat clientele and those that refer me to people they know.

Metro-Designs is not a professional writer, I also don’t know everything about your business. If you need help with writing your text for your website I have a fantastic professional writer that I can refer you to for help there rates are separate from mine.
